Yes. Go to Settings and toggle 'Profile Visibility' off. Your profile will be hidden from discovery while you remain logged in and can still view your existing conversations and matches.

When browsing profiles, swipe right or tap the heart button to send an interest. The other person will be notified. If they accept your interest, you will be matched and can start messaging each other.

The compatibility score is a percentage that reflects how well two profiles align based on religious values, lifestyle, location, and preferences. A higher score generally indicates stronger alignment on the factors that matter most for a successful marriage.

We take privacy seriously. Your contact details (phone, email) are never shared without your explicit consent. Photos can be blurred for non-matched users. All messages are encrypted. You can control exactly what information is visible on your profile through privacy settings.

Visit the profile in question and tap the three-dot menu icon, then select 'Report'. Choose the reason for reporting and provide any additional details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

Yes. Visit their profile and tap 'Block' from the menu. Blocked users cannot see your profile, send you interests, or message you. You can manage your blocked list from Settings.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings. Your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

You can add a guardian (Wali) to your profile, such as a father, brother, or uncle. When guardian mode is active, a notice appears in your chat conversations indicating that a guardian may review the conversation. This promotes transparency and adherence to Islamic values.

All messages pass through our content moderation system that filters inappropriate language and content. We have strict community guidelines that all users must follow. Violations result in warnings and potential account suspension.
