By creating an account on DateKhaas, you agree to these Terms of Service. DateKhaas is a Muslim matrimonial platform designed to help individuals and families find suitable life partners in accordance with Islamic values and principles.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DateKhaas. By registering, you confirm that you are seeking marriage (Nikah) and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. Profiles created for purposes other than genuine matrimony are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Profiles can be created by the individual themselves or by a family member/guardian (Wali) on their behalf. All profile information must be accurate. Misrepresentation of identity, age, marital status, or other key details will result in account termination.
DateKhaas is built on the principles of respect, modesty, and sincerity. Users must: maintain respectful communication at all times, upload only appropriate and modest photos, not share explicit or inappropriate content, not harass, threaten, or abuse other users, not use the platform for any illegal activities, and respect the privacy of other users.
DateKhaas offers free and premium membership plans. Premium features include unlimited messaging, advanced filters, profile boosts, and contact sharing. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the chosen period unless renewed.
Photo sharing in chat requires mutual consent. You retain ownership of your photos but grant DateKhaas a license to display them on the platform. Photos are scanned for inappropriate content. Users can blur their photos for privacy. Sharing another user's photos or information outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
DateKhaas offers optional identity verification (ID, photo, phone, Wali, and background verification). Verified badges indicate that a user has completed certain verification steps. However, DateKhaas does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information beyond what has been verified.
Users can report inappropriate behavior, fake profiles, or policy violations. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Decisions by our moderation team are final.
DateKhaas facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the outcome of any interactions, meetings, or marriages. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and involve family members in the decision-making process as per Islamic tradition. DateKhaas is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time. DateKhaas reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
