We understand that privacy is especially important in the Muslim matrimonial context. DateKhaas gives you full control over who can see your photos.
Photo Blur Feature
When you enable photo blur, all your uploaded photos appear blurred to everyone except your mutual matches. This means:
- Someone browsing the Discover page will see a blurred version of your photo.
- Once you both express interest and match, your clear photos become visible to that person.
- You can toggle this setting on or off at any time from Edit Profile.
How to Enable/Disable Blur
- Go to Profile from the navigation.
- Tap "Edit Profile."
- Find the photo privacy toggle below your photos.
- Turn it on to blur your photos for non-matches, or off to show them clearly to everyone.
In-Chat Photo Sharing
Even within a conversation, photo sharing requires consent from both sides. You must first request permission, and only after the other person approves can you exchange photos. This prevents any unwanted or inappropriate images.
